Hidden Trailer Images Contain Mysterious Numbers and Words

Now that we have high-resolution screenshots of the hidden images found in the 10 Cloverfield Lane trailers that were shown during Deadpool, it was clear that not only we were missing some numbers, but there was some hidden meta-data was well.

When you look at the images full size, you can see streaks of weird colors. Playing with the Hue and Saturation in Photoshop reveals two things: the numbers everyone have been talking about are circled, and there is a hidden word in each image as well:

Here are the adjusted images and the hidden messages:

Parachute Pants - 30.6 (Able)
Navy Football - 75 68 (Baker)
Sailor Monkey - 9, -9 (Charlie)
Flotation Vest - 0.12 (Dog)
On Deck - 5742 (Easy)

The leading theory on the numbers is that they form GPS coordinates. Now that we have all the numbers, we just need the order, which is where I think the hidden words come into play. Putting the number/word pairs in alphabetical order would give us:

30.675689, -90.125742

This appears to be an empty corner lot in Covington, LA, about 50 miles north of New Orleans.

Unfortunately, I'm about 700+ miles away, or I would already be on my way. Hopefully someone a little closer who is reading this can check it out and let us know if you find anything!

  14. Does anyone else think it is odd there are a bunch of missing numbers from the "flotation vest" image? Date of manufacture only has month, no year or day. Contract number is only SPM, no number. And the MIL spec associated with it is missing 5 numbers that would come after MIL-L-XXXXX. I looked at Mustang Survival and found 2 types of flotation devices that are associated with a MIL spec. MIL-L-38484 and MIL-L-16383. 38484 is for the airforce. 16383 is for "underwater demolition team" of the Naval Sea Systems Command. Do the numbers 16383 mean anything???

  17. Dammit, I just came home from Covington, LA (back to MD) but I still have friends in the area. I'm playing catch up here since I've changed my email in the past 8 years. Glad to be back at this!

  18. Just learned of the GPS and watched the videos. I went to location because I was skeptical. The homeowner that lives directly west of where the ammo box was found was not home and I will check back at the location later today. Hopefully they will have some form of information to add to the story of the ammo can. That being said Bogalusa Louisiana, which is where John Goodman owns a home, is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive from that location.
I bet there will be more going north to Chicago.

  19. Just if you dont know but the names able, baker and charlie were the codenames for a series of nuclear test in the bikini atoll under the name of operation crossroads. The same goes for dog and easy code names in the operation greenhouse.
Cheers and thanks for this amazing page
