Cloverfield in Central Park

SlashFilm has new photos and video of the "cheese" set in Central Park.

These new photos come with a spoiler warning, so I've decided not to post them here.

I'd like to keep Cloverfield Clues as spoiler-free as possible, so I won't be posting any more "behind the scenes" photos or videos, and have removed all of the old set photos and videos as well.

Don't worry, I WILL keep posting links to new "behind the scenes" stuff, but I just won't show the photos here.

Let me know what you think.

PS. I know there hasn't been much news lately, but I'm planning some fun stuff. Stay tuned!

  1. Dude, keep the spoilers coming, I want to know as much as i can with this film. If people dont want to be spoiled just warn them and they if they want to be spoiled let them be spoiled. Otherwise great job.

  5. I thoroughly agree with your decision, Dennis! I tune into this site because it provides a convenient way to keep track of the latest fan discoveries regarding the official Bad Robot-created mysteries and clues on their official websites. I found those earlier set photos interesting, definitely, but I also found myself starting to feel that if I kept looking at stuff like that my excitement regarding the movie itself would begin to dwindle. Posting links that can be followed if one chooses is an excellent compromise. Congratulations for the work you've put into making this site such a great resource!

  6. This is a bit off-topic, but its worth mentioning:

People at unfiction have located Jamie's Photobucket account, and potentially Rob's (though its password protected and can't be googled either). Pics from there might provide more clues.

  7. i'm hoping they continue through the weekend, as i will attempt to get close, myself.

i MIGHT be leaving the area to move back to the south soon, so i want to just "let it fly" now. hahaha.

    caution to the wind, etc.

    who knows?

  8. It's good to see you take a good stand on the spoilers. Sounds good.

  9. yeah the no spoiler thing is a good idea. One bad thing about having a semi-ARG without actually going into one is that it makes us want to search even more for things, then we end up getting smacked in the face by a spoiler.

  10. Thats great news. I was just telling a friend that until 1/18/08, I'm not looking up the movie on the web because of last weeks photos. GREAT JOB!

  11. Okay not sure if anyone else noticed this or if its a clue or anything, but seeing as the trailer was first aired before transformers its just possible... When Sam goes to buy his car in Transformers Bernie Mac is standing in front of a Gas pump with the word Roar and a picture of a lion below it. Anyone other then me think this could be some clue to Voltron? Or am i clutching at straws?

  12. Love that spoiler! Keep 'em coming, Dennis. I agree with not posting the actual stuff here, and just linking those so inclined...

Hey Chucklez, I'll miss you but as long as you still keep up with the blogs it'll all be good.

    Andy, just repeat: it's not Voltron. It's not Voltron. {{Deep cleansing breath}}

  13. Thanks for shielding me from the spoilers, Dennis. I'm all about getting every clue to the ARG that I can, but I'm not so into getting spoiled for the movie. Good call.
