Tagruato has a new headline story. The secret ingredient used in Slusho, Kaitei No Mitsu or Seabed's Nectar, was approved by the "AFA" for sale in the US:
* Thanks to Perry, Loony, and Ryan for the email!
Kaitei No Mitsu Approved for US Distribution"Members of Tagruato's elite corporate board were greeted with a rare surprise yesterday as founder Ganu Yoshida visited their emergency home screens in a simultaneous teleconferencing broadcast. After much discussion, Yoshida revealed that kaitei no mitsu, the special Slusho! ingredient lovingly known as "Seabed's Nectar", had been approved by the American Food Association.
"Those lost at Chuai would be smiling this day," commented a choked-up Ganu Yoshida, "Tagruato stands strong against the evil of ecologist terror."
Tagruato can now proceed with their extensive American campaign for bringing Slusho! to the western world. In addition to the creation of three Western-only flavors, Slusho! representatives claim that many other surprises are in store for their new audience.
"This has been a dream of ours for a long time," smiles Slusho! Administrative Coordinator Mika Srauy, "We've already secured relationships with several prominent American distributors and are compiling our own Western-oriented marketing team."
The board applauded the news, thanking their friends in foreign lands for such strong support in troubled times.
"Ordinarily there would be more happiness in our celebration but it has been a dark week," admitted Slusho! Administrative Head Ben Miyake, "I am proud to be part of such a brave company."

damn, i thought i had e-mailed dennis first for sure. to bad. oh, well, third first post in a row! and i guess three new flavors means that you can't drink just six is not a refrence to the flavors, as someone had speculated earlier
ReplyDeleteThis guy from IMDb got an e-mail from TIDOwave and it had pretty interesting stuff. He got a response because he commented TIDOwave on the Tagruato hack about 3 months ago. I believe this is real but i'm not sure since it's IMDb.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.imdb.com/title/tt1060277/board/thread/94214932
Here's the transcription of the e-mail (It was sent by "Sarah"):
We have deep sea divers who have taken pictures of what has been causing extreme seizmic activity underneath what used to be the Chuai station.
Do not be fooled by Tagruato. They know more than what they let on. In fact, my associates and myself have been ordered to be silent during these troubles, but i cannot silence myself. Because the fate of our entire planet lie in the hands of a very few. Because of corporations like Tagruato, who are willing to let us all burn just so they might turn a profit off of it, we are all going to have to make some very rash desicions in the near future. Our own government does not even know what they are up against. Even they are victims of media spin on the current situation. But fortunately, i am not. I cannot share with you the information that i have, but i can tell you where to look for it. Follow the secret ingredient and you will find out what it is that they are all hiding. And once you do, there will be press releases from all of us here, preparing the world for what Tagruato has done to us all. I have seen it. Sonar pictures of it, Actual pictures of it. Like nothing you have ever seen before. We had Deep sea divers go down below the Chuai station and use a high resolution deep sea camera to capture a photo of what was causing these extreme seizmic occurances over the last months, and i can say this much,
.....I have seen its eyes.
Please, do not share any of this information with the public yet. They are not ready for it, and to be completely honest, i just value my own life and the life of the people that i love.
Thank you for respecting that.
i will be in touch."
IDK about anyone else, but I'd discredit IMDB.
ReplyDeleteIMDB's known for false info on the message boards.
I've got to admit, the letter sounds real.
ReplyDeleteIf the letter is real, then maybe Janice's picture os of its eyes?
ReplyDeleteSea Bed Nectar in its purest form is a hallucinogen and the monster is just bad trip she is having after taking a megadose. In the end the monster is just a metaphor for Teddy returning to NY when she comes too. That you Auntie Em?
ReplyDeleteRick, very funny---imagine how pissed all the non-viral ppl watching the movie would be! And we would just laugh, until we realize that we have been severely duped!
ReplyDeleteI dont think that letter is real, too much is being said while the author keeps saying he/she cant say anything. I just dont buy it.
I am loving the flurry of activity lately! I hope the spoilers arent too bad after the early releases.
Anybody else think the name "Mika Srauy" looks suspiciously awkward? I've tried anagramming it, but nothing leaps out at me.
ReplyDeleteSlusho! representatives claim that many other surprises are in store for their new audience.
ReplyDeletemaybe the monster is just a gigantic slusho advertisement gone awry... lol
Slusho! representatives claim that many other surprises are in store for their new audience, perhaps involving something alive and huge, but definitely not a lion.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure the letter is a fake, if it wasn't, I'm sure Dennis would have posted something about it by now. And how are we supposed to know where to go if we are given just a picture of it's eyes?
ReplyDeletehas anyone scene a commercial that is like 10 secs long and the only narration is something takes your breath away?
ReplyDeleteI just saw it on NBC (during conan), and I havent seen it before.
Ah, i will just watch everything dennis posted--it was new to me!
I think a NEW Cloverfield commercial just aired on NBC during Conan literally less than 5 minutes ago.
ReplyDeleteIn one scene, it shows the monster with the military shooting at it. The scene was fast, but you can make out the monster somewhat.
Hopefully Dennis can get it and post it soon,
Slusho Librarian: Thank God you saw that!!!!! I just watched all the old ones back and thought maybe I halucinated it!
ReplyDeleteI cant wait till the freeze frames come to this site--there is definitaly a different monster view!!
No problem!
ReplyDeleteI thought I was hallucinating too, but when I saw you posted the same thing, I felt a little better. lol

ReplyDeleteI commented on TIDOwave at least 3 times when it started up and never got any emails.
I'm already looking forward to the post about the new Slashfilm interview!
ReplyDeleteWow, a little warning would be nice. Slashfilm posted supposedly really spoilerific monster details about six hours ago. I only saw the title, so I didn't spoil myself, but everyone be warned.
ReplyDelete****. Yes, stay far away from slashfilm. They don't say what it is, but they do delve a bit into...stuff.

ReplyDeletematt, please refrain from comments like that. I know it's really, really vague, but most people don't want to know anything.
ReplyDeletetheres a new view of the monster?
ReplyDeletei gotta check that out! hopefully someone puts it up soon
"Matt said...
ReplyDeleteIn the end, it turns out man was the real monster. Really makes you think...:

Hey Ty, I'm pretty sure Matt was making a joke. Lighten up man. He was being ironic.
Bout that comment "Slusho! representatives claim that many other surprises are in store for their new audience" it rises up questions about hidden pages in slusho.jp site. It could be in flavours page - hidden page would open with right combination. Or at store-page as mentioned in comment. just throwing ideas...
ReplyDeleteAre we ok to post theories on what Seabed Nectar is? Though I'd ask, don't want to go spoil things!
ReplyDeleteThis supports the monster hooked on Slusho theory. Oil tanker carries first Slushos ever to nYC, the monster follows it.
ReplyDeleteYeah I was thinking that maybe the monster was a slusho addict...or another thought was maybe it buries/lays it's eggs in slusho?
ReplyDeleteHence the madness?
And people going funny when the eat it...
NOOO I dont want another view of the monster. Srsly! im gonna look at it anyway, but i dont want to.
ReplyDeleteGod i hope it gets put up soon.
Apparently, from what I've read on Unfiction, there are 2 new videos.
ReplyDeleteOne is the one that I and lostlocke saw during Conan. The other, apparently, aired during Family Guy last night around the same time.
Similar type video, but shorter and a shorter monster scene.
I wonder if they are really going to start selling Slusho! in 7Eleven and stuff, lol

What if we (and by we I mean TIDOwave members) already know WHERE to go, but the picture is more telling when to go.
Such as...Tagruato has unleashed a terrible monster. We know about it and now have proof. When we reveal the proof you all need to go into hiding because Tag will be after us. Wait til you see Janice's picture (of the monster) you'll know where to go.
FWIW, I think the letter is fake.
ReplyDeleteIMBD is one of the least reliable sites for information on Cloverfield. They are notorious for trying to spread fake rumors.
I'll let you know when we hear something from Janice.
Don't any of you people get it?
ReplyDeleteDon't you UNDERSTAND?
THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE.
THE MONSTER IS REALLY A 60-FOOT TALL ROBOT DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE CHOCOLATE RAGE.
MARKETING STUNT GONE AWRY, FILM AT ELEVEN
Andrew, there's no need to SCREAM!
ReplyDeleteIt's a monster movie. There's EVERY reason to scream.
ReplyDeletelol @ andrew. Cheeky monkey!

(Spoiler[too some exstent])
I check on wikipedia and the creature is actually a baby so i don't think it can lay eggs but I think it might feed on seabed necktar
