The rules for the contest are kind of complicated:
Entrants are then encouraged to “share” the Widget with their friends. A successful “share” occurs when: (i) someone views the Widget on an entrant’s facebook profile (or other Internet location on which the entrant places the Widget) and clicks on the “grab this” link; (ii) the person who has clicked the “grab this” link for the Widget then must successfully embed the Widget on a website (e.g. their facebook profile); and (iii) at least one (1) person must then view the Widget on that new location. All three of the above conditions must be met in order for the “share” to be successful, for the purposes of this Contest.
UPDATE: I have clarified the rules with Paramount. Here is an example of how it works:
Dennis puts the Widget on CloverfieldClues. Rob "grabs" the widget from CloverfieldClues, and posts it on his MySpace. Jamie visits Rob's MySpace and views the widget.
This constitutes one "share" for CloverfieldClues.
Now, if Jamie grabs the widget from Rob's site, and puts it on her site, Rob gets the share, not CloverfieldClues. In order for CloverfieldClues to get the share, Jamie would have to grab the widget from CloverfieldClues.

Did any of you notice that the Statue of Liberty's eyes look REAL? I've never seen them look that vivid in ANY pics I've seen. Do you think there's somethig to this? Maybe a ghostbusters 2 throwback? Just kidding, of course... Oh my.. This movie's gonna rock!

And to think, half the people at UnFiction are convinced the dog barking is part of the roar and is the monster laughing.
I can tell you that I have headphones that amplify the background sound and the bass so I KNOW for a fact that it is a dog. I live in a neighborhood full of them so I KNOW what they sound like. The roar is distinct and completely separate from it, like the dog has a higher pitch than the monster.
Someone send this comment to the UnFiction thread about the "laughing" in the video, I seem to have lost my login information and they need to know this little tidbit.

Multiple sightings. So this is just one sighting.
As far as the roar is concerned. To me it sounds like a mix of the Acoustic Hydrophone "Slowdown" anomaly mixed with a pitch diminished recording of a rusty old spring door creeking while it opens quickly and then laboring as it closes slowly.

not kidding! It wasnt much, but there was SOME new dialogue and stuff, it basicly revealed the plot of the movie, that robs going back to help beth or whoever.
BUT, the trailer was mixed in with a bunch of Carmike Cinemas advertisements, like it said "See it in Digital at Carmike Cinemas"
I need someone to tell me if they see it at a regal cinemas, because im seeing i am legend again at regal, for the imax, and my friends kind of ruined the trailer for me this time. I want to know if ive got a second chance! someone help me out!?
Guesstimate, I'm pretty sure that was the second trailer. If it wasn't, I'm pretty sure you're lying.

yeah its pretty good, but its kind of empty. Like, i didnt really think there were enough events.
I know thats a weird way to evaluate a movie, but it seemed pretty rushed and lacking to me.
Idk, it doesnt live up to the hype, u should definetly see it tho.

Also, there's something that bothers me about the trailer. If the monster knocked the head off of the Statue of Liberty, there's no way the monster could have gotten that far north into Manhattan in that amount of time, based on how slow it looked when we got a glimpse of it. Not to mention, I think it was moving crosstown, not uptown. So either there's two (or more) monsters that size, something else knocked her head off, or it's a plot hole and not very well planned out.

Oh, I saw Legend at a Cinemark theater and there wasn't a trailer in front of it. Thought Legend was really good (not a big dog person, but damn), the ending wasn't the best but the build up was awesome. Will Smith has that personality that works well with carrying the film mostly solo.

The monsters motivation=anger or hunger. Because of the drilling and/loss of it's food source. I was thinking the explosion in the first trailer could be a Tagruato oil tanker that the monster follows. I had the tanker theory awhile ago.

My thought is that the monster picks up the Tagruato oil tanker that it follows to shore and hurls into lower Manhattan. If you look at the explosion it has forward motion and black smoke, indicating a fuel source that is moving as it explodes. The refineries are right there in NJ too.

I just have a quick question... why does your widget list 1005 grabs but you only have 369 on the leaderboard? You should be way in first right now...
because no matter how many times it is grabbed, if the same person clicks on the widget on a different profile it probably doesnt count. that makes a little more sense than the incoherent babbling i made a few posts earlier.
