"warm towel" could be quoted because it is a relative term... whats warm to someone might be cold to another...or they are quoting from something we've been told

One should always take a towel with them when ever they go hitchhiking, it is also wise to take a bable fish and the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy.

"yshortcuts" is a Yahoo thing. I notice it mainly when you copy and paste from emails (when using Yahoo Mail)
doubt its anything special (very common). Maybe the blog it updated via email? If so, it may be by a Yahoo account? (note WHOIS is proxied out)

I believe the "warm towel" thing on the tidowave site is much more important then most think hear me out.
this is how it goes:
Jamie takes a nice hot shower and afterwards drys off with a "towel" then she throws the "towel" on the floor over the "primary evidence" and then later that day Jamies room mate asks Jamie if she has any clothes that need to be washed because she is going to the cleaners, Jamie picks up many dirty clothes including the "towel" with the "primary evidence" under it. Jamies room mate gets the clothes washed then drys them which warms the "towel" and also the "primary evidence" and BOOM BABY CLOVERFIELD IS BORN
And for the swiss army knife all i know is that the cheese on the slusho website is swiss cheese. and the handle for the hammer looks like the handle for a knife rather then that of a hammer.
I'm willing to bet theres a phone number hidden in that blog... Randy?

why not just say a pocket knife? there has to be something to the swiss or maybe it's what a swiss army knife has on it that is important. the extras are scissors, toothpick, and tweezers. what esle that might be important?

whats a "demonstration situation???" and how can you be trapped outdoors??? wasn't it just a training simulation. like not real. what are they training for and how are they training...they are definitely in harms way.

Hey guys... I haven't read where anyone has pointed this out yet so I figured I would.
One of the main "cruel-etin board" posts mentions the noise pollution affecting the migration of humpback whales causing hundreds of them to not take their regular migratory path.
What if our badboy lives deep in the ocean and feeds on the whales ambush-style each season before hybernating again? Maybe this year he's hungry and has to search for an "alternative" food source, and the lights of Manhattan entice him not only to the surface but into the city?
Obviously pure speculation on my part, but what do you think?
ALSO (sorry to post twice) has anyone mentioned yet that the daughter of the biologist who died was named Norika... And Noriko Yoshida was the "lost" creator of Slusho? Hmm.
ohhhh o.k. now i know what a "demonstration situation" is... they mean like a PROTEST demonstration. makes sense now. but why on earth would you need all that at a protest?
Presumably because protesters have to stand outside for hours and sometimes days on end before eventually the police come along and arrest people for disturbing the peace.

something that i can remember taht you can associate the swiss army knife with is that scientist mentioned on the tagruato website. i forgot his name but he was a swiss scientist that they hired as apart of their "All Star Team".

As far as "why you would need all that stuff at a protest," most of those things are pretty standard necessities at a more antagonistic type of demonstration, especially if the protest might take several days (like taking over or blocking something) or if it's liable to go wrong, and protesters have to make a quick exit. The only thing that doesn't seem like your average protest equipment is the towel. I can't see what purpose it would serve, unless they were planning on getting wet...
The quotes around it make it seem like "warm towel" is actually a euphemism for something else.
Has anyone else noticed that the author spelled "awry" wrong? The idea of a protest situation going "array" doesn't make any sense. This might be a typo, or it might be a clue. Who knows?

You know, guys, I re-read the Slusho history page and the owner of Tagruato's history. It's VERY interesting and mentions how in the guy's dream he drank it and grew to the size of a whale.
I'm excited about the movie..but I hope this doesn't turn out that it's a giant whale or something too ridiculous.
And thanks for mentioning how the figure behind the white sheet expands as she's screaming. I never noticed that before. I think that's huge... in terms of clue.. not size.. nevermind.. :)

It's just a silly rumor. If you go to Paramount.com, it says right on the website "IN THEATERS 01-18-08"
now we have jj himself saying
