Wow, that was a spontaneous moment to put the Cloverfield monster into the last scene for the movie. But it ended up working well and I guess that made all the difference. After watching this clip, I just can't wait to get my hands on the Cloverfield DVD. I wish the 22nd of April would come sooner.
This is cool! But, I find it interesting that they credit J.J. with the inclusion of the close up of the monster, when earlier that idea was credited to Phil Tippett. Regardless, if the other features are like this, I'm sure I'll be thoroughly entertained.
