  1. great!
I kinda liked the original title sequence, but I like that Matt Reeves is finally getting a more props on the commercials
    ..
maybe from his ridiculus amount of interviews he's done recently? lol

  3. 8 seconds in... what is that? Looks like freaky-eyed people in an infrared floodlight/night-vision.

  6. I don't think it's something important; maybe the guy with the camera accidentally pressed the night-vision button.

  11. Is it just me or is the monster kinda hidden behind smoke in 0:11 in the second video?

It's a shame you really can't see it.

  12. So it seems the monster is shown @ 0:12 in the second video. Too bad it's mostly hidden by smoke.

  13. That is not smoke, they are bluring out the monster. The smoke would not be that straight on the sides.

  14. I don't know if it is "blurred," so-to-speak.

On the second video, if you pause at exactly 0:11 you can clearly make out two hands with two or three claws (one on the upper middle/left, one on the middle middle/left), which seems to be lit up in the smoke.

Am I just hoping to see something? :-)

  15. I can't really see anything in the smoke. In the 14th tv commercial (I think) is the first commercial they used that shot of the monster. It's just him getting shot repeatedly my missiles, and conveniently all the smoke from the missiles is covering a good view of the monster.

  16. In the last two videos (around 11 minutes) it looks like there is a fire ball (light) coming from the monster area to the ground. Can the monster do this or is there something behind the monster that is firing?

  17. I guess this makes a full circle- 18 TV Spots. Don't expect any more.

    6 Days!

  18. I saw some kind of tentacles between 0:11 and 0:12 seconds. It looks like a jellyfish or something. I really want to see the monster quickly!!

  19. OMG, these videos are teh awsomest!!

I can't make out the monster clearly through the smoke/gunfire/mist/fog/whateva, but it kinda looks bipdeal, with crazy glowing eyes. Maybe it *is* a mutated Teddy after all?? o.O

Also, it does appear to be able to cast fireballs. :O

  20. Idk if it just me but one the second video at :12 if you go really slow it kinda looks like the monster has a long tail and sorta whips it, to me the monster looks like its on a position where its sorta crawling with 4 legs on the ground, but in the other videos the monster walks on its hind frog legs sorta things so, idk...

dude i agree with you..... turtle... if you look a the first commercials when the monster goes between the buildings... i see a turtle shell

  22. It's not a turtle, buddy. Both reviews have confirmed it's not a permutation or enlarged version of, well, anything.
